Curcumin as an Antioxidant: Free radicals can originate from environmental chemicals, tissue injury, infections and auto-immune processes. Antioxidants protect the body from damage from free radicals. Water and fat-soluble extracts of a curcumin component exhibit strong antioxidant activity, comparable to vitamins C and E


Recommended to reduce inflammation of the body and support other areas of health (200 mg per pump of Curcumin)

Curcumin exhibits very potent antioxidant properties. Free radicals are unstable oxygen species that damages the DNA of the cells and causes fats to go rancid. As much as we would want to avoid accumulating these free radicals, they are produced from normal metabolic processes occurring inside the human body. More free radical accumulates from pollution, smoking, and unhealthy diet like those rich in preservatives. Antioxidants like curcumin help prevent the integrity of the cells.
For inflammation apply directly above the inflamed body part.
3 pumps is the average recommended dosage, but as little as 1-2 pumps are often enough to produce results. .
To get the curcumin into the entire body and have a systemic increase in curcumin levels, the arch on the soles of the feet get it into the entire circulatory system.
To get it into the brain, apply to the temples, inside of the ear (not the ear channel) or under the mastoid bone behind the ear.

Caution: Apply with care. Natural Curcumin pigments will stain skin, clothing and anything it comes in contact with.
