Shipping Policy
Coast to Coast Compounding LLC will ship your order via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service. Orders placed using the online store will be processed Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm MST and will be mailed within 1-2 business days, pending our stock on hand. Refill requests of compounded medications are also processed Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm, but may require additional preparation by our dedicated pharmacy staff. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for shipment, especially if a new prescription from your physician is needed. We often have a fast turn around time and attempt to provide your refill within 1-2 business days.
Shipping fees are a flat rate: $5.38 (<1lb) for most nutritional supplements and prescriptions, and $9.68 for any products requiring refrigeration or weighing more than 1lb. The shipping costs are determined at the discretion of the company staff and shipping manager and are subject to change at any time. Coast to Coast Compounding LLC reserves the right to modify or change fees and delivery options at any time, without warning or written notice. The Priority Mail service provides national delivery Mon-Sat to residential addresses, businesses, and P.O. boxes in 1-3 days. Tracking is available on request.
We will try to accommodate any special requests regarding the shipment of your products, such as double ice packs or delivery only on certain days. Courier services are available at an additional cost. Patients located in the greater metro area of Denver, CO are always welcome to pick up their orders at our retail store located near Lakewood just 2 blocks north of 6th Avenue & Simms St.
Return Policy
Coast to Coast Compounding regrets that we cannot accept returns for any prescription or prescription compounded medications. State and Federal regulations prohibit the return and resale of such products. However, we are proud of the service we provide and want to make sure you are satisfied. If an error has occurred in shipping or preparation of your prescription, please contact the pharmacist at (855)237-4478.
Additionally, we encourage patients who have known or unknown sensitivities to ingredients or chemicals to discuss this with their prescribers or one of our pharmacists before we fill your prescription. You may also request small quantities of a new prescription until tolerance has been established.
For supplements and non-prescription products, we do accept returns within 30 days of unopened merchandise purchased using our online store – that is, supplements, herbal products, remedies. Refundable items do not legally requires a prescription. Due to the nature of some “personal use” products including, dilators, lubricants, and moisturizers refunds are not available. A refund will be issued within 3 business days after we receive back the product(s). Please enclose a copy of your order receipt when packing the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping and is encouraged to use a shipping service with tracking capability.
